| Zusammenfassung: | The overall goal of this research is to develop and test micro invasive team interventions targeting Psychological Safety, the climate construct most relevant for team innovation. In the first section, we explain what Psychological Safety is and summarize the empirical evidence regarding the relevance of Psychological Safety for innovative team capabilities. The second section describes the research gap: how to foster Psychological Safety is still an open question. In section three the concept of possible team interventions is drafted and in section four the overall research plan is drafted. |
