Abstract:	Das Evaluations-Framework versucht die Frage nach dem Nutzen- und Kostenpotenzial der Anwendung von Prozessinteroperation zu beantworten, indem es die unternehmerische als auch die technische Sicht auf Interoperation vereint. Die unternehmerische Sicht liefert ein Nutzenpotenzial, die technische Sicht ein Kostenpotenzial.
